HeadlineHammer is available as a one-time purchase at the price displayed at the point of sale. There are no recurring fees, subscription charges, or renewal obligations associated with the standard HeadlineHammer licence.
4.2 Price Changes
Vaultoolo reserves the right to change the purchase price of HeadlineHammer at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect purchases already completed.
4.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through JVZoo or such other payment processors as Vaultoolo may designate. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment processor’s own terms and conditions. Vaultoolo does not store your payment card details.
4.4 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies arising from your purchase of HeadlineHammer in your jurisdiction. Prices displayed may or may not include applicable taxes, depending on your location.
5.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Vaultoolo offers a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with HeadlineHammer for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
5.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email Vaultoolo’s support address with your purchase confirmation details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the payment processor’s procedures.
5.3 Refund Limitations
The 30-day refund window begins on the date of purchase, not the date of first use. Refunds requested after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
5.4 Effect of Refund
Upon issuing a refund, your licence to use HeadlineHammer is immediately revoked. You must cease all use of the Platform and any Outputs stored or exported prior to refund may no longer be used for commercial purposes.
6.1 Ownership of the Platform
HeadlineHammer, including all software, code, design, user interface, frameworks, scoring logic, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of Vaultoolo. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved.
6.2 Ownership of Outputs
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Vaultoolo assigns to you all rights in the specific Outputs generated by HeadlineHammer during your sessions. Vaultoolo makes no claim over your individual generated headlines, subject lines, or swipe file contents.
6.3 Feedback
If you provide Vaultoolo with feedback, suggestions, or ideas relating to HeadlineHammer, you grant Vaultoolo a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
You agree that you will not use HeadlineHammer to generate content that:
Vaultoolo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to HeadlineHammer without refund if you are found to be in breach of this Acceptable Use Policy.
8.1 No Performance Guarantee
HeadlineHammer is a tool designed to assist with headline and subject line creation. Vaultoolo makes no warranty, express or implied, that the use of HeadlineHammer or any Output generated by it will result in improved conversion rates, increased open rates, higher revenue, or any other specific commercial outcome. Results will vary depending on your industry, audience, offer, and a wide range of factors outside Vaultoolo’s control.
8.2 As-Is Provision
HeadlineHammer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Vaultoolo excludes all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaultoolo’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of HeadlineHammer shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence. In no event shall Vaultoolo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.4 AI-Generated Content
Outputs are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. While Vaultoolo has structured HeadlineHammer around proven direct-response copywriting frameworks, individual Outputs are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be suitable, accurate, or free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing all Outputs before use in any campaign or publication.
Vaultoolo will use reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of HeadlineHammer, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Vaultoolo reserves the right to:
Vaultoolo will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from planned or unplanned downtime.
HeadlineHammer may rely on third-party services, including the OpenAI API, for the generation of Outputs. Vaultoolo is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party service. Your use of HeadlineHammer is subject to the terms of any underlying third-party APIs, though you are not required to obtain your own API keys.
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your use of HeadlineHammer at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee window.
11.2 Termination by Vaultoolo
Vaultoolo may suspend or terminate your access to HeadlineHammer immediately and without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms. In cases of material breach, Vaultoolo reserves the right to deny any refund otherwise applicable.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your licence to use HeadlineHammer ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — shall remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vaultoolo is incorporated or primarily operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of HeadlineHammer shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
Vaultoolo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Vaultoolo will use reasonable efforts to notify users via the Platform or by email. Continued use of HeadlineHammer following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version of these Terms will always be available on the HeadlineHammer product page.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy set out in Part Two, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vaultoolo regarding your use of HeadlineHammer. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Part Three — Affiliate Programme Terms
These additional terms apply to all individuals and organisations participating in the HeadlineHammer Affiliate Programme as published on the JV & Affiliate page. By requesting or using an affiliate link, you agree to these terms in addition to the Terms and Conditions set out in Part One.
Affiliates are independent promoters of HeadlineHammer and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Vaultoolo. Nothing in these terms creates any employment relationship, joint venture, or agency between Vaultoolo and any affiliate.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing advertising and electronic communications, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and ASA guidelines. Affiliates agree that they will not:
Vaultoolo reserves the right to disqualify commissions and remove affiliate access immediately if any of the above restrictions are breached, without liability to the affiliate.
Commission rates are as stated on the JV & Affiliate page at the time of promotion. Commissions are paid on qualifying sales processed through JVZoo and are subject to JVZoo’s own payment schedule and terms. Vaultoolo reserves the right to modify commission rates for future promotions with reasonable notice.
Commissions are not payable on refunded transactions. If a buyer exercises the 30-day money-back guarantee, any commission paid or accrued on that transaction will be reversed or offset against future earnings.
All commission disputes must be submitted in writing to Vaultoolo within 30 days of the date on which the commission was, or should have been, recorded. Disputes submitted after this window will not be considered. Vaultoolo’s decision on commission disputes is final, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution process available through JVZoo.
Affiliates are responsible for including clear and conspicuous disclosures in all promotional content indicating that they may receive a commission for purchases made through their affiliate link. This obligation applies in all jurisdictions and is consistent with FTC guidelines (US), CAP Code (UK), and equivalent regulations elsewhere.
Either party may terminate affiliate participation at any time. Vaultoolo may immediately revoke affiliate access and forfeit unpaid commissions in the event of a breach of these Affiliate Programme Terms or the Terms and Conditions in Part One. Legitimately earned commissions on qualifying sales prior to termination will be honoured subject to the refund and dispute provisions above.
