- Payment information — collected and processed by JVZoo or our designated payment processor; Vaultoolo does not store full card details.
- Your country or region (for tax and compliance purposes).
P2.2 Information Generated Through Use
When you use HeadlineHammer, the Platform may collect or process:
- Topic inputs you enter into the generator (used only to generate your Outputs; not stored on our servers beyond the active session).
- Outputs generated during your session.
- Swipe file data — saved locally in your browser using localStorage; this data is not transmitted to or stored by Vaultoolo’s servers.
- Session metadata, including browser type, operating system, approximate geographic location, and usage timestamps, for analytics and security purposes.
P2.3 Information Collected Automatically
Vaultoolo may use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies to collect information about how you interact with the Platform. This may include pages visited, features used, and session duration. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

- AI service providers (OpenAI and associated APIs): topic inputs may be transmitted to generate Outputs. We do not transmit your name, email, or payment information to AI providers.
- Analytics and infrastructure providers: for hosting, performance monitoring, and usage analytics.

All third-party processors used by Vaultoolo are required to handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing the relevant service.

Vaultoolo retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law:
- Purchase and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for legal and financial compliance purposes.

- Swipe file data stored via localStorage is retained on your local device and is not held by Vaultoolo. You may clear this data at any time by clearing your browser storage.

Vaultoolo does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies in connection with HeadlineHammer.
